▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Perovskite composite films comprises halide perovskite material dispersed in organic matrix composed of natural polymers. USE - The perovskite composite films is useful in energy harvesting device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The perovskite composite films is composed of natural polymers without aggregation, improves stability of energy conversion characteristics and response strength, prevents aggregation of lead-free perovskite materials, can be produced by simple solution process, does not require high-temperature sintering process, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: producing perovskite composite film comprising (i) preparing precursor solution containing a halide perovskite precursor and solvent, (ii) preparing polymer solution containing a natural polymer and solvent, (iii) preparing perovskite composite solution by mixing the precursor solution and polymer solution and (iv) forming perovskite composite film by coating the perovskite composite solution on a substrate; and energy harvesting device comprising substrate, lower electrode layer positioned on the substrate, perovskite composite active layer in which a halide perovskite material is dispersed in organic matrix made of natural polymer located on lower electrode layer and upper electrode layer located on the perovskite active layer.
