NOVELTY - The film capacitor has a pair of graphene layers (22,23) which is respectively arranged on opposite sides of a dielectric layer (21) to serve as electrodes of a film capacitor (20). The one of the graphene layers is arranged between the dielectric layer and one of the metal layers. USE - Film capacitor.
