NOVELTY - A fish catching net is coated by preparing a solution of pristine monolayer graphene (1-5%; 5-18% and 18-25% w/v) in a mixture of isopropanol-water (10:1); sonicating the solution for 45 minutes using probe sonicator for fine dispersion of monolayer graphene; heating the solution to 65 degrees C where the nylon net is dipped and temperature during the dipping process is gradually down to 15 degrees C for 25 minutes; and drying the net under the sun for another 30 minutes before using to catch the fish or any aquatic organism. USE - Coating a fish catching net. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains fish catching net with antimicrobial property, strength and increasing durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for composition for coating fish catching net comprising the pristine graphene solution with amount of 1-5%, 5-18% and 18-25% (w/v), and isopropanol-water which is added in the ratio of 10:1.
