NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly plastic comprises 18-22 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 12-16 pts. wt. polypropylene, 8-11 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-9 pts. wt. graphene, 5-9 pts. wt. modified calcium carbonate, 16-20 pts. wt. straw, 18-22 pts. wt. rice bran, 15-18 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 6-10 pts. wt. gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 5-8 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 4-8 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 6-9 pts. wt. dipropylene phthalate, 3-6 pts. wt. ethylenediamine, 3-7 pts. wt. m-xylene, 3-6 pts. wt. toughening agent, 4-8 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 6-9 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 13-17 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Environmentally-friendly plastic. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly plastic has high strength and recycling property, and is prepared efficiently in short period of time with reduced consumption of energy without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environmentally-friendly plastic. Kaolin, graphene, modified calcium carbonate, straw and rice bran are uniformly mixed, and the mixture is introduced into a steam reactor and stirred at 125-134 degrees C for 38-43 minutes. To the resultant mixture, deionized water is added at 55-57 degrees C and dispersed for 0.8-1.1 hours at speed of 800-880 rpm to obtain dispersion. Polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and toughening agent are mixed and introduced into the reaction kettle. The mixture is then heated to 83-85 degrees C, gradually stirred for 15-18 minutes, and acrylic acid, m-xylene and anti-wear agent are added. The temperature is then maintained, and the reaction mixture is stirred at the speed of 130-145 rpm for 22-25 minutes to obtain mixture (I). The resultant dispersion, mixture (I) and antifoaming agent are introduced into the mixer, and the reaction is stirred at 120-135 rpm for 8-12 minutes at 56-62 degrees C. To the resultant mixture, ethylenediamine and gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane are added and reacted for 0.5-0.7 hour, to obtain mixture (II). The mixture (II) is introduced into twin-screw extruder, and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and dipropylene phthalate are added and melt-extruding. The resultant mixture is then introduced into mold and dried in oven to obtain environmentally-friendly plastic.
