NOVELTY - Odorless and environmentally friendly lining paper comprises raw paper layer, aluminium plating layer and ink layer, where aluminium plating layer is set between raw paper layer and ink layer. The raw material of the ink layer comprises 25-35 pts. wt. sulfonated polyester resin, 1-2.25 pts. wt. boric acid, 2-2.95 pts. wt. borax, 0.75-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-1.78 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.18-0.32 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 50-74 pts. wt. water. USE - Odor-free environment-friendly lining paper used in packaging article, food packaging, beverage packaging, medical packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The lining paper avoids using amine substance, reduces the product smell, and increases the barrier property. The aluminum plating layer is thin and proper, which combine with the ink layer and the raw paper layer, so that the lining paper maintains barrier performance and practicability, and by adopting the technical solution, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether is more beneficial for dissolving the sulfonated polyester resin in water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing odorless and environmentally friendly lining paper, which involves: (1) carrying out aluminum plating by plating aluminium on the raw paper layer, forming an aluminium plating layer, and obtaining lining paper intermediate product; (2) printing ink on the aluminium plating layer of the lining paper intermediate product; and (3) forming an ink layer to obtain lining paper.
