NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene/aluminum composite material involves ultrasonically treating graphene oxide aqueous solution, uniformly dispersing, allowing to stand, cooling resulting aqueous solution of graphene oxide, adding aluminum powder, stirring to obtain uniform aqueous solution of graphene oxide containing aluminum powder, carrying out centrifugal cryogenic solid liquid separation of obtained aqueous solution, freeze drying to obtain graphene oxide/aluminum composite dry powder, and thermally reducing graphene oxide/aluminum composite dry powder in argon/hydrogen mixed gas. USE - Preparation of graphene/aluminum composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables industrial production of graphene/aluminum composite material by simple, efficient and easy process. The graphene/aluminum composite material has high strength, low thermal expansion coefficient, and enhances specific strength and specific stiffness coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene/aluminum composite material involves ultrasonically treating graphene oxide aqueous solution, uniformly dispersing, allowing to stand, cooling resulting aqueous solution of graphene oxide at 5 degrees C under stirring, adding slowly aluminum powder, stirring, controlling the temperature less than 5 degrees C, stirring speed to 100-1000 rpm and stirring time to 1-2 hours to obtain uniform aqueous solution of graphene oxide containing aluminum powder, carrying out centrifugal cryogenic solid liquid separation of obtained aqueous solution, freeze drying after the separation of cream solid to obtain graphene oxide/aluminum composite dry powder, and thermally reducing graphene oxide/aluminum composite dry powder in argon/hydrogen mixed gas.
