NOVELTY - A plastic surface electroplating manufacturing method involves (1) mixing polypropylene, polybutadiene, sulfur, sulfenamide accelerant, cobalt salt, and graphene, and injection molding to obtain a plastic product, (2) electroplating a copper plating layer on a surface of the plastic product by electroplating process to obtain a copper-plated plastic product, (3) heating the copper-plated plastic product at 120-125?oC, and keeping the temperature for 45-60 minutes to obtain a cured copper-plated plastic product, and (4) plating a metal plating layer on the cured copper-plated plastic product by electroplating process to obtain a metal-plated plastic product. USE - Plastic surface electroplating manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The plastic surface electroplating manufacturing method strengthens the bonding force of the metal plating layer and the plastic product.
