NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene antibacterial modified plastic film comprises mixing graphene oxide dispersion and silver zeolite antibacterial agent in chitosan acetic acid solution, reacting surface groups of chitosan and graphene oxide, adding zein solution containing plasticizer, dispersing to obtain mixed film-forming solution, packing mixed film-forming solution in spray bottle, adding reducing agent to reduce graphene oxide, spraying reduced solution on plate, drying, demolding to obtain chitosan zein film containing graphene and silver zeolite antibacterial agent, coating binder on chitosan zein film containing graphene and silver zeolite antibacterial agent, laminating coated base film with upper surface mask and lower surface mask through compound roller to form composite film and solidifying three layers of drug packaging composite membrane. The upper surface film layer is printable polypropylene layer. The lower surface mask layer is thermal seal layer. USE - The preparation of graphene antibacterial modified plastic film is used for drug packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves antibacterial property of pharmaceutical packaging film, is safe and non-toxic and enhances safety of medical packaging film.
