NOVELTY - High-performance aqueous-based industrial anticorrosion coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 20-40 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 60-70 pts wt. aqueous-based epoxy resin, 60-70 pts. wt. aqueous-based epoxy curing agent, 80-100 pts. wt. deionized water, 20-50 pts. wt. hollow glass microspheres, and 2-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - The high performance aqueous industrial anticorrosion coating is useful for preventing corrosion of metal and protecting the service life of nonferrous metal. ADVANTAGE - The high performance aqueous industrial anticorrosion coating has excellent corrosion resistance on the surface of the substrate, adhesion between the coating and the substrate and corrosion resistance of the coating, prevents further corrosion of the metal substrate, and realizes the heat insulation and corrosion protection function of coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for producing high-performance aqueous-based industrial anticorrosion coating, comprising (i) choosing aqueous-based epoxy anti-corrosion coating system from low oil absorption, chemical stability and water resistance of the pigment filler, where the anti- corrosion performance of the inert rust-proof pigment in the aqueous coating is poor, therefore, selecting the active anti-rust pigment for solubility, improving salt-fog resistance performance of the product; and (ii) carrying out compound test by using three kinds of fillers of graphene, tripolyphosphate and zinc phosphate, comprehensively considering mechanical performance and corrosion resistance, obtaining the best adding formulation, improving the adhesion between the coating layer and the substrate and corrosion resistance of the coating, where the aqueous-based epoxy system in the formulation is composed of aqueous-based epoxy resin, aqueous-based epoxy curing agent, dispersing water, aqueous-based epoxy resin and curing agent in aqueous-phase in dispersed phase form, and performing cross-linking reaction in the water evaporation process particles in the mutual permeation diffusion; where the current mainstream aqueous-based epoxy system anti- corrosive paint for adhesive force, flexibility, impact resistance, comparing and verifying the salt mist resistant main performance, selecting polyamine-epoxy addition as aqueous epoxy curing agent, and comparing and verifying the main performance of the common aqueous epoxy curing agent and polyamine-epoxy addition modified curing agent by experimental verification experiment.
