NOVELTY - Preparing aminated graphene reinforced fiber comprises mixing flake graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and potassium permanganate; adding de-ionized water and hydrogen peroxide, and stirring; washing the product, vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide; dispersing the graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide solution, adding thionyl chloride; adding 1,6 hexanediamine, stirring and filtering to obtain solid particles; mixing caprolactam, 6-aminocaproic acid and solid particle; cooling the mixture; vacuum drying; and drying the granulated particles. USE - The method is useful for preparing aminated graphene reinforced fiber (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aminated graphene reinforced fiber comprises (i) mixing 2-5 pts. wt. flake graphite, 300-500 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid and 30-60 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, slowly adding 15-20 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, and stirring for 9-18 hours at 45-55 degrees C, (ii) adding 300-500 pts. wt. deionized water into the mixture at 0-5 degrees C, stirring and adding 20-50 pts. wt. (10-30 wt.%) hydrogen peroxide for 5-10 minutes, (iii) separating and successively washing the product with 10-30 wt.% hydrochloric acid and anhydrous ethanol in deionized water, and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide, (iv) dispersing the graphene oxide in 15-20 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide solution, mixing and adding 40-60 pts. wt. thionyl chloride at 0-5 degrees C, heating to 65-80 degrees C, continuously stirring for 30-40 hours, (v) adding 1,6-hexanediamine into the above mixed solution, stirring at 0-5 degrees C for 2-6 hours, filtering through a micro-porous filtering film to obtain solid particles, (vi) mixing 18-24 pts. wt. caprolactam, 0.5-2 pts. wt. 6-aminocaproic acid and 0.001-0.01 pts. wt. solid particle, under protection of inert gas or nitrogen, heating to 250-270 degrees C, melting the mixture into the liquid state, and stirring 4-8 hours (vii) cooling the mixture, (viii) vacuum drying to obtain granulated particles at 110-140 degrees C for 10-20 hours, and (ix) drying the granulated particles in a melt spinning machine at 250-280 degrees C.
