NOVELTY - High aluminum zirconium ceramic wear-resistant rod comprises 22-35 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 30-40 pts. wt. corundum sand, 14-18 pts. wt. self-fluxing alloy powder, 7-12 pts. wt. barium feldspar, 2-4 pts. wt. pyrophyllite, 1-1.5 pts. wt. sodium zirconate, 1-3 pts. wt. zirconia fiber, 3-4 pts. wt. titanium carbide, and 4-10 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The high aluminum zirconium ceramic wear-resistant rod is useful for vertical grinder in building material industry for fine grinding medium hardness or soft material especially in cement industry, ceramic industry and power industry application e.g. cement clinker, limestone, clay, porcelain clay, gypsum and barite. ADVANTAGE - The high-aluminum zirconium ceramic wear-resistant rod has good thermal resistance and chemical medium corrosion resistance, can be operated for a long time without aging at 350℃, the use period is greatly improved, the abrasion is ≮ 0.2 g/kg.hour, can satisfy for the use performance condition of the wear-resistant rod in the grinding mill, and there are good application prospects. The metal ceramic composite material can provide more excellent material selection for wear-resistant rod of the vertical mill with special working condition.
