▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Non-invasive wearable glucose sensor has signal sensing unit. The signal sensing unit includes substrate (11), first conductive sheet (1), and second conductive sheet (2) for detecting bio-signal of glucose from sweat. The electrode unit (3) located on both ends of the upper, lower, or upper and lower portion of the signal sensing unit, supplying a current to the signal sensing unit, and obtaining a sensed bio-signal. The first conductive sheet is formed on the substrate and includes at least one conductive material selected from silver, copper, nickel, aluminum, silver nanowire, copper nanowire, nickel nanowire, graphene, and conductive carbon. The second conductive sheet includes one or more metal nanowires selected from copper nanowire, silver nanowire, and nickel nanowire, which are simultaneously formed on the surface or inside and on the surface of the first conductive sheet. The second conductive sheet has a content per unit area of 3-800 mu l/cm2. USE - Non-invasive wearable glucose sensor used in glucose concentration measuring device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The non-invasive wearable glucose sensor is used to measure the concentration of glucose in the sweat of the human body with high sensitivity and high precision by using current change with excellent selective binding force with glucose, and also commercialized for miniaturization and home use, has excellent wearability, and cost-effective and large-scale due to a simple manufacturing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a glucose concentration measuring device, which comprises: a sweat induction and collection unit for collecting sweat from the skin, and a glucose sensor, which is located below the sweat induction and collection unit, and detects a concentration of glucose from the collected sweat; (2) a method for producing a glucose sensor, which involves: forming a first conductive sheet by coating a conductive material on the substrate, manufacturing a signal sensing unit by forming a second conductive sheet by coating a metal nanowire on the surface or the inside and the surface of the first conductive sheet, and forming an electrode portion by paste or plating including silver, copper and gold on the upper, lower, or both ends of the signal sensing portion, where the conductive material includes silver, copper, nickel, silver nanowire, copper nanowire, nickel nanowire, graphene, and conductive carbon, the metal nanowire includes copper nanowire, silver nanowire, and nickel nanowire, and the second conductive sheet has a content per unit area of 3-800 mu m/cm2.; and (3) a method for measuring glucose concentration using a glucose sensor, which involves: applying a voltage of 0.1-10 volt to the glucose sensor, contacting the glucose sensor with sweat collected from a living body, measuring the current strength, and analyzing the concentration of glucose from the measured current strength. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the non-invasive wearable glucose sensor. First conductive sheet (1) Second conductive sheet (2) Electrode unit (3) Substrate (11)
