▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-thin metal material comprises heating and melting the mixture of the metal or alloy and the additive components under an inert gas environment to obtain a mixed molten slurry, coating the mixed melt slurry on the substrate to form a thin film layer, cooling and curing the thin film layer on the substrate, forming a solid metal layer, and obtaining the ultra-thin metal material. The additive components include inorganic materials containing halogen element functional groups on the surface, and/or inorganic materials that can be compatible with liquid metals or alloys. USE - The method is useful for preparing an ultra-thin metal material. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of extending on the surface of the base body and forming a thin film layer with controllable thickness, and after the metal film layer is cooled and solidified on the surface of the substrate to obtain the ultra-thin metal material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) ultra-thin metal material prepared by the above mentioned method; and (2) use of metal material additives to prepare ultra-thin metal materials, the metal material additives include transition metal nitrides and transition metal carbides containing halogen element functional groups on the surface and having a two-dimensional or layered structure compounds, transition metal carbonitrides, graphene and/or graphite flakes, the halogen element functional group includes includes fluorine, chlorine, bromine and/or iodine.
