▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Catalyst composition comprises activated alumina and graphene as composite carrier, manganese dioxide and titanium dioxide as active ingredients, and tourmaline as the auxiliary active ingredient. USE - Used as catalyst composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition: improves boiler thermal efficiency; and reduces nitrogen oxide emissions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the catalyst composition, comprising (i) adding aluminum hydroxide powder and graphene powder to absolute ethanol in low-temperature ultrasound for 20-40 minutes, then adding tourmaline powder and stirring for 30-50 minutes to obtain mixed suspension, (ii) placing the mixed suspension into the mold and distilling under reduced pressure for 2-4 hours, squeezing at constant temperature for 1-3 hours to obtain mixed fixed block, (iii) placing the mixed fixed block into the reaction kettle for active reaction to obtain alumina-graphene carrier, (iv) adding n-butyl titanate and manganese chloride to absolute ethanol and stirring at constant temperature to obtain mixed alcohol solution, then soaking the alumina-graphene carrier to the mixed alcohol liquid for 1-3 minutes, taking out and drying to obtain coated carrier, and(v) placing the coated carrier in a humid environment and allowing to stand for 2-4 hours, drying at constant temperature, and sintering to obtain catalyst composition.
