NOVELTY - A anode material containing sulfur-nitrogen-cobalt doped graphene comprises carbon black, PTFE and sulfur-nitrogen-cobalt doped graphene. USE - Anode material containing sulfur-nitrogen-cobalt doped graphene used for lithium/thionyl chloride battery. ADVANTAGE - The anode material has high activity and several active sites to accelerate the reduction of thionyl chloride which improves the discharge voltage and discharge capacity of the lithium/thionyl chloride battery. The anode material in the lithium/thionyl chloride battery is stable for long period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anode material.
