NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensing device provided with a nano-grade metal oxide particle thin film. The particle thin film is formed with a storing hole. The particle thin film is matched with a reduction oxidation graphene film that is selected from one of an amino group reduction oxidation graphite alkene thin film, a hydroxylated reduction oxidation graphene thin film and a carboxyl group reduction oxidation graphite alkene thin film. A reduction oxidation graphene film functional group is bonded with the particle thin film through metal oxide particle bonding. USE - Graphene/metal oxide composite membrane gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity and high selective detecting effect, and reduces gas response time and barrier of gas molecule electron transfer process so as to enhance gas sensitive characteristics of a single graphene thin film.
