NOVELTY - Composite wear-resistant water-based polyurethane emulsion, is claimed. The emulsion is obtained by adding other components to the polyurethane emulsion to make it wear-resistant and water-resistant, and the other components include inorganic fillers, latex, additives and deionized water, where the latex can be replaced by a polymer dispersion, curing composite wear-resistant water-based polyurethane emulsion is cured, where polyurethane emulsion cured product is polyurethane, the inorganic filler accounts for 0.5-20 wt.% of the polyurethane resin, the latex or polymer emulsion cured product accounts for 1-30 wt.% of the polyurethane resin, and the auxiliary agent accounts for 0-6 wt.% of the polyurethane resin. USE - Used as composite wear-resistant water-based polyurethane emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The composite wear-resistant aqueous polyurethane emulsion has excellent wear resistance, aging resistance, scratch resistance, mechanical performance, good adhesion, decoration, building, mine, traffic, ship and rope (cable) or net coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of composite wear-resistantaqueous polyurethane emulsion comprising (i) adding deionized water to the inorganic filler, and ultrasonically disperse for 2-3 hours to obtain an inorganic filler dispersion liquid with a concentration of 5-50 mg/ml; (ii) preparation of composite wear-resistant water-based polyurethane emulsion mixing the polyurethane emulsion, latex or polymer dispersion and inorganic filler dispersion, stirring or ultrasonically dispersing for 2-60 minutes, and adding additives to obtain composite wear-resistant water-based polyurethane emulsion, where composite wear-resistant water-based polyurethane emulsion can be concentrated to the required concentration by steaming.
