▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electroconductive pigment paste comprises a pigment dispersion resin (A), an electroconductive pigment (B), and a solvent (C). The resin (A) comprises 10-23 mmol/g polar functional group. The conductive pigment (B) is conductive carbon chosen from acetylene black, Ketjen black (RTM: electroconductive carbon black), furnace black, thermal black, carbon nanotubes, graphene, and graphite and has average primary particle size of 10-80 nm. The modulus of difference of the solubility parameters of the components (A) and (C) is less than 2.0. The peak area ratio of total peak area (p1) in the particle size of 150-550 nm to the total peak area (p2) in particle size of 600-3000 nm of the electroconductive pigment paste diluted with a solvent, in the frequency distribution curve obtained by volume-based particle size distribution measurement by the laser diffraction/scattering method, is 0.4-2.4. USE - Electroconductive pigment paste used for manufacturing coating material for forming electroconductive coating film for electroconductive material (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to touch screen panel, colored film, colored sheet, cosmetic material, protective material, magnet modified material, printing ink, device component, electronic device component, printed wiring board, solar cell, functional rubber component, etc. ADVANTAGE - The electroconductive pigment paste has excellent pigment dispersibility, storage stability, finishing property, reduced viscosity and enables formation of film with excellent electroconductivity and solvent resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) coating material, which comprises the electroconductive pigment paste; (2) manufacture of the coating material, which involves adding the metal containing particles comprising metallic element to the electroconductive pigment paste; (3) electroconductive coated film, which is obtained by coating the coating material; and (4) electroconductive material, which is obtained by coating the coating material on surfaces of a plate-shaped base material.
