▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional nano structure of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises (i) mixing vegetable oil with nitrogen source, grinding to obtain mixture A, where the nitrogen source is mixture of urea, melamine, dicyandiamide, and/or dicyandiamide, the vegetable oil is mixture of corn oil, soybean oil, colza oil, sunflower seed oil, and/or peanut oil, and (ii) placing mixture A obtained in the step (i) into a tubular furnace under a nitrogen atmosphere and heating at heating speed of 1-5 degrees C/minute to obtain the three-dimensional nano structure of nitrogen-doped graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional nano structure of nitrogen-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: saves time and effort; is suitable for mass production; and produces three-dimensional structure with large surface area and pore volume. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-dimensional nano structure of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises (i) mixing vegetable oil with nitrogen source in a mass ratio of 1:1-1000, grinding for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain mixture A, where the nitrogen source is mixture of urea, melamine, dicyandiamide, and/or dicyandiamide, the vegetable oil is mixture of corn oil, soybean oil, colza oil, sunflower seed oil, and/or peanut oil, and (ii) placing mixture A obtained in the step (i) into a tubular furnace under a nitrogen atmosphere and heating to 800-1400 degrees C for 2-6 hours at the heating speed of 1-5 degrees C/minute to obtain the three-dimensional nano structure of nitrogen-doped graphene.
