NOVELTY - Improving viscosity of sound insulation cotton comprises stacking anti-aging layer (3), mixed fiber layer (4), light metal mesh layer (5), soft resin layer (6) and elastic layer in order, and applying adhesive, compacting, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a sound insulation cotton layer, (ii) digging a hole on the outer surface of the anti-aging layer of the sound insulation cotton layer, and inserting the tip of the suction cup into the hole of the anti-aging layer, (iii) applying adhesive uniformly to other areas other than the suction cup layer of the anti-aging layer, and (iv) coating adhesive layer on the sound insulation cotton and the surface, where the suction cup layer is installed facing the part where the sound insulation cotton needs to be stuck, attaching the heated adhesive layer to the adhesive surface, absorbing the sound insulation cotton on the adhesive surface, and forcefully maintaining the suction cup layer on the adhesive surface. USE - The method is useful for improving viscosity of sound insulation cotton. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the internal structure of sound insulation cotton at multiple levels in the same countries, sound insulation effect, and at the same time obtain good hardness, strength and toughness, reduces the quality of the sound insulation cotton through light materials, and bulkiness of the sound insulation cotton, and has both elasticity and flexibility, good potential market value and application prospects, and is practical and creative. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for improving the viscosity of sound insulation cotton, comprises (i) stacking anti-aging layer (3), mixed fiber layer (4), light metal mesh layer (5), soft resin layer (6) and elastic layer in order, and applying a small amount of adhesive to the middle of the joints of each layer, and hot pressing at 100-120 degrees C for 10-30 minutes by hot pressing, compacting, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a sound insulation cotton layer, (ii) digging a hole on the outer surface of the anti-aging layer of the sound insulation cotton layer, and inserting the tip of the suction cup required by the suction cup layer into the hole of the anti-aging layer, and fixing the suction cup layer on the anti-aging layer by melted colloid, and ensuring that the suction cup of the suction cup layer is perpendicular to the sound insulation cotton layer, (iii) applying adhesive uniformly to other areas other than the suction cup layer of the anti-aging layer, keeping the thickness of the adhesive at 1/5-1/2 of the thickness of the anti-aging layer, and obtaining the sticky layer, and (iv) coating the adhesive layer on the sound insulation cotton and the surface where the suction cup layer is installed facing the part where the sound insulation cotton needs to be stuck, and using a hot air blower to heat the adhesive layer, keeping the temperature at 60-90 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, attaching the heated adhesive layer to the adhesive surface, absorbing the sound insulation cotton on the adhesive surface, and forcefully maintaining the suction cup layer on the adhesive surface to obtain a high-viscosity sound insulation cotton.
