▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-modified aluminum nitride has graphene oxide layer on the surface of aluminum nitride particles. USE - Graphene oxide-modified aluminum nitride used in resin composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-modified aluminum nitride has improved water resistance. It has a graphene oxide layer on the surface of aluminum nitride particles which has a function of protecting the surface from water without impairing the electrical insulation properties of aluminum nitride. When aluminum nitride is mixed with the resin, it has a function of improving the affinity of the interface between the resin and the aluminum nitride particles. So, enables to obtain a heat conductive resin composition having excellent mechanical strength and heat conductivity. The graphene oxide-modified aluminum nitride can be prepared at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene oxide-modified aluminum nitride particles, which involves mixing aluminum nitride powder with the graphene oxide non-aqueous dispersion, collecting and drying to obtain solid from the liquid, and heat-treating the dried solid at 60-600 degrees C to obtain desired product.
