▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene/tin oxide nanocomposite material involves dispersing graphite oxide in deionized water under nitrogen protection at room temperature, dispersing the mixed solution uniformly by ultrasonic treatment, adding tin oxide and hydrazine hydrate solution to the dispersed solution and stirring uniformly to obtain nitrogen doped graphene/tin oxide composite solution, increasing the temperature of reaction solution to 120-200 degrees C, reacting the solution for 10-25 hours, washing the obtained with deionized water and drying the obtained powder in vacuum. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene/tin oxide nanocomposite material used in solar cell, photodiode, lithium battery, thermoelectric device, storage device and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene/tin oxide nanocomposite material is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene/tin oxide nanocomposite material involves (a) dispersing graphite oxide in deionized water under nitrogen protection at room temperature, dispersing the mixed solution uniformly by ultrasonic treatment, adding tin oxide and hydrazine hydrate solution to the uniformly dispersed solution and stirring uniformly to obtain nitrogen doped graphene/tin oxide composite solution, (b) increasing the temperature of reaction solution to 120-200 degrees C, reacting the solution for 10-25 hours, (c) washing the obtained with deionized water, centrifuging washed product to obtain powder and (d) drying the obtained powder in vacuum.
