NOVELTY - The electrode (10) has a catalyst layer (2) including a non-platinum catalyst composite and a conductive polymer. A graphene layer (1) is made of a graphene and a graphene oxide, where the catalyst layer and the graphene layer are alternately stacked together. A non-platinum catalyst composite comprises a carbon support and a non-platinum transition formed on the carbon support. USE - Electrode for a fuel cell (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode can realize better electrode efficiency by the catalyst layer through a relatively inexpensive transition metal without using platinum as a catalyst, improves efficiency of a non-platinum catalyst by limiting size of transition metal particles and improves performance and durability of the fuel cell by providing a smooth material transfer channel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing an electrode for fuel cell.
