▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for improving the conductivity of polymer/graphene composites, involves (a) adding graphene to an aqueous phase dispersant, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding a polymer, and dissolving to obtain a polymer/graphene binary composite system, where the mass percentage of graphene added to the polymer is less than or equal to the percolation threshold of graphene in the polymer, and (b) adding 1-3 %mass promoter functional component into the polymer/graphene binary composite system, and uniformly mixing, where the promoter functional component comprises 1-2 %mass polythiophene derivative poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT): (PSS), 78-79 %mass water and 19.5-20.5 %mass promoter. USE - The method is used for improving the conductivity of polymer/graphene composites, which is used in a polymer/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is carried out in a simple manner with low pollution, and provides polymer/graphene composite with high conductivity.
