NOVELTY - A dispersing liquid comprises sulfonated graphene, electric conduction polymer and solvent. The sulfonated graphene has radial size of 0.05-100 mu m, thickness of 0.5-20 nm, and sulfonic acid content with carbon element and sulfur element mol ratio of 12:1-3:1. The electric conduction polymer comprises polypyrrole, polythiophene and polyaniline and/or its derivative. USE - Dispersing liquid used for film or coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The liquid has high stability, excellent machine performance and good light transmittance character. The method is simple and suitable for large scale production, and has easy operation and good controllability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of dispersing liquid comprising uniformly dispersing sulfonated graphene into water, adding oxidant, stirring at 0-25 degrees C for 2-5 hours, forming oxidant-containing sulfonated graphene dispersion liquid, ultrasonically dispersing at 0-5 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, holding under protective atmosphere, adding electric conduction macromolecule monomer, continuously ultrasonic dispersing for 6-48 hours to obtain sulfonated graphene-electric conduction macromolecule dispersion coarse liquid, removing impurity ion, and forming uniform dispersion with solid content of 1-10 wt.%.
