NOVELTY - An anti-lightning graphene composite material comprises 45 pts. wt. silicone resin, 42 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 15 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 15-25 pts. wt. graphene, 6-10 pts. wt. 4,4'-bis( alpha , alpha -dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine, 2-4 pts. wt. triallyl isocyanurate, 4-8 pts. wt. fumed silica, 2-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 2-4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide powder, 3-7 pts. wt. t-butyl peroxybenzoate, 7-9 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate resin, 1-3 pts. wt. chitosan, and 5-9 pts. wt. cellulose grafted acrylamide polymer. USE - Anti-lightning graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-lightning graphene composite material meets the demand of electric material, and has simple preparation method, excellent lightning protection performance, prolonged service life, and improved reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anti-lightning graphene composite material comprising mixing silicone resin, silicone rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, titanium dioxide, graphene and 4,4'-bis( alpha , alpha -dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine mixing, grinding to 3000 mesh powder, adding triallyl isocyanurate, fumed silica, low-speed mixing at 55 degrees C for 25 minutes, heating to 65 degrees C, and high-speed mixing for 5 minutes; and adding remaining raw materials, and high-speed mixing at 70 degrees C for 10 minutes.
