NOVELTY - Soft aluminum alloy core comprises 0.04 wt.% graphene-sodium-magnesium-aluminum powder, 0.015-2 wt.% iron, 0.012-0.2 wt.% copper, 0.001-0.4 wt.% magnesium, 0.012-0.35 wt.% cobalt, 0.001-0.16 wt.% beryllium, 0.001-0.25 wt.% calcium, 0.02-0.15 wt.% zinc, 0.001-0.1 wt.% strontium, 0.001-0.25 wt.% zirconium, 0.01-0.3 wt.% sodium, 0.003-0.35 wt.% potassium, 0.001-0.18 wt.% titanium, 0.001-0.12 wt.% vanadium, 0.002-0.15 wt.% chromium, 0.012-0.15 wt.% manganese, 0.001-0.25 wt.% gallium, 0.005-0.3 wt.% germanium, 0.003-0.2 wt.% niobium, 0.001-0.1 wt.% ruthenium, 0.2-0.5 wt.% silicon, 0-1 wt.% boron, and aluminum and unavoidable impurities (remaining amount). The graphene-sodium-magnesium-aluminum powder comprises 5-8 wt.% graphene, 0.05-0.1 wt.% sodium, 0.04-0.1 wt.% magnesium and aluminum (remaining amount). USE - The core is useful for wind power tower torsion cable. ADVANTAGE - The core has high ductility and electrical conductivity, and resistivity to less than or equal to 0.0250 Omega /mm2/m; and realizes special requirements of plus minus 1440 degrees twisting 20000 times at room temperature and plus minus 1440 degrees twisting 5000 times at 40 degrees C and The resistivity of the aluminum alloy core is less than or equal to 0.0250 Omega /mm2/m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the core, comprising (i) melting raw materials to obtain molten aluminum alloy, stirring, statically placing, refining, deslagging, statically placing, degassing, filtering, casting and pressing in roller for 15 times to obtain aluminum alloy rod; (ii) continuously drawing the aluminum alloy rod using continuous sliding wire drawing machine for 13 times, performing 7 additional drawing to obtain single aluminum alloy wire with diameter of 0.20-0.50 mm; and (iii) subjecting the single aluminum alloy wire to bundle wire retwisting process.
