NOVELTY - Preparing sheath-core MXene fiber gas gel comprises (i) preparing sheath-core MXene composite fiber; (ii) preparing MXene composite fiber gas gel; and (iii) reducing. USE - The MXene fiber gel is used in the fields of thermal insulation, pressure sensing and oil-water separation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The MXene fiber gas gel greatly reduces the contact of MXene and the air, improves the environment stability and durability of MXene and electromagnetic shielding durability, realizes flexible high-efficiency durable electromagnetic shielding material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for sheath-core MXene fiber gas gel prepared by above method
