▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heat generating ceramic tile comprises (i) cleaning ceramic tiles and blow drying, (ii) ultrasonically mixing graphene or functionalized graphene and water-based silicone resin by using ultrasonic kettle, immediately carrying out high-shear dispersion through emulsifier, completing by centrifugal purifying using centrifuge to obtain heat-generating coating, (iii) introducing conductive material into surface of ceramic tile through photolithography coating machine, forming conductive path with specific structure and introducing wiring layer to obtain ceramic tiles, (iv) attaching heat generating coating to ceramic tile using pressure spraying head, performing heat curing of heating layer using heat curing machine to obtain ceramic tiles with heating generating coating, and (v) spraying protective layer coating on ceramic tile by using pressure sprayer to form protective layer and completing light by using light curing machine. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat-generating ceramic tile. ADVANTAGE - The method: is easy to lay, occupies small layer, flame-retardant and fireproof; not thermally broken down; and can be heated by low voltage driving. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heat-generating ceramic tile prepared by above mentioned method.
