▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene is dispersed into deionized water, sulfanilic acid diazonium salt is then added to graphene suspension, stirred for predetermined time under ice bath, reacted, centrifuged, and washed using double distilled water until the pH value is 7. Hydrazine hydrate is dispersed in deionized water and the obtained dispersion is added to filtrate, reacted, and extraction process is carried out, to obtain sulfonated graphene. The sulfonated graphene is washed using double distilled water, and then vacuum-dried, to obtain sulfonated nanographene material. USE - Preparation of sulfonated nanographene material used for preparing gene leading material and medicine for treating tumor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares sulfonated nanographene material which has transfection efficiency of 40% with respect to human breast cancer cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide is prepared using graphite powder, potassium permanganate, sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials, by Hummers method. The obtained graphene oxide is dispersed into deionized and ultrasonic treatment is carried out, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion. The pH value of dispersion is adjusted to 9-10 using sodium carbonate and to 10 using sodium borohydride solution, then stirred for predetermined time, and washed using double distilled water until the pH value is 7, to obtain graphene. Sulfanilic acid and sodium nitrate are dissolved in hydrochloric acid solution, and cooled in ice bath, to obtain sulfanilic acid diazonium salt. The obtained graphene is dispersed into deionized water, the obtained sulfanilic acid diazonium salt is added to graphene suspension, stirred for predetermined time under ice bath, reacted, centrifuged, and washed using double distilled water until the pH value is 7.
