▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a conductive agent without adding graphene/carbon black comprises (i) using graphite material as a cathode and sulfuric acid as an electrolyte, adjusting pH to be neutral, electrifying to carry out electrolytic reaction to obtain flocculent intercalated graphite, filtering, washing and drying, and (ii) pre-mixing the flocculated graphite and carbon black by dry pretreatment or wet pretreatment to obtain a pretreatment material, and homogenizing the pre-treated material under a liquid-phase solvent to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing a conductive agent without adding graphene/carbon black, which is useful in a battery electrode material system, common energy storage device, and electronic transmission of the external circuit. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, low cost, does not add dispersant in the process, has small defect, is simple, easy to operate, and does not add surfactant which influence on subsequent in the battery application. The graphene/carbon black composite conductive agent has low defect, high conductivity, stable dispersion, and is not easy to settle in the conductive paste system of the lithium-ion battery NCM111 anode because the active material itself conductivity is bad.
