▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The infrared narrow-band absorber has a substrate (1) which is provided with a metal coating layer (2). The metal coating layer is provided with a dielectric coating layer (3). A graphene (4) is placed on the dielectric layer. The dielectric coating layer (5) is arranged on the graphene. A third dielectric layer is arranged on dielectric layer (5). The third dielectric layer is etched to form grating layer (6). The dielectric coating layer and grating layer is made of silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide. The metal coating layer is made of gold and silver. USE - Tunable intermediate infrared narrow-band absorber. ADVANTAGE - The Fermi energy of graphene is changed by changing the static bias voltage using property of graphene and designing absorbent structure, so that the tunable narrowband absorption of transverse electric (TE) light is achieved and the dynamic change of absorption peak position is satisfied.
