NOVELTY - Preparation of poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene/graphene oxide composite electrode material involves dispersing graphene oxide, calcium carbonate particles and iron salt in ethanol, mixing to obtain dispersion, coating the dispersion on the surface of a substrate, drying, placing in a closed container containing 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene, reacting to obtain a substrate coated with a composite film on the surface, and washing the substrate with dilute hydrochloric acid and/or ethanol. USE - Preparation of poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene/graphene oxide composite electrode material (claimed) used for organic polymer display, solar cell, supercapacitor and electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, mild reaction condition is mild, easy to scale production, and has multi-level mesoporous structure. The electrode material has improved capacitance performance.
