▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene-metal nano-particle film involves mixing oxidized graphene solution, metal nanoparticles and water-soluble amine cross-linking agent to obtain a mixture, where the mass ratio of the oxidation graphene and the metal nanoparticle is (1:0.01-1:5). The cross-linked amine is ethylenediamine, propylene diamine, butanediamine or diethylenetriamine, triethylene tetramine, tetraethylene pentamine, ammonia, polyallylamine, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, hydrazine hydrate and/or p-phenylenedamine. The mixture is coated to form a film, and drying at 20-95degreesC to obtain amine-cross-linked graphene metal nano-film. The film is subjected to heat treatment under the protection of inert gas. USE - Preparation method of nitrogen-doped graphene-metal nano-particle film useful in energy storage, electrical device, catalysis and biological medicine. ADVANTAGE - The film is prepared in large scale, simple and controllable, and has high heat-conducting property. The method is eco-friendly, easy to operate, simple, green and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for high heat-conducting nitrogen-doped metal graphene-particle film prepared by the above method of nitrogen-doped graphene-metal nanoparticle film.
