▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite involves dispersing graphene and tin oxide in an organic solvent to prepare dispersion solution, drying the dispersion solution to obtain powdery mixture and irradiating the mixture with a microwave at 500-2000 W for 1-10 minutes. USE - Preparation of graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite used in gas sensor (all claimed) used as semiconductor gas sensor for detecting nitrogen dioxide gas. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite having excellent sensitivity with respect to nitrogen dioxide, at low temperature by economical process within short period of time.
