NOVELTY - The device has a processing box body (1) provided with a guide plate (12). A pair of crushing mechanisms (2) is symmetrically installed in the processing box body. A grinding rotating plate (4) is rotated in the processing box body. A filter plate (5) is movably arranged in the processing box body by a vibrating mechanism (6). A circulating mechanism is installed on a left side of the processing box body. A pair of the crushing mechanism performs opposite movement for crushing primary mixed carbon brush powder. A grinding mechanism (3) is matched with the grinding rotating plate for grinding the carbon brush powder to obtain fine carbon brush powder that is filtered by the filter plate, where carbon brush powder is crushed and grinded. USE - Device for preparing high wearable graphene carbon brush powder for an alternating current and direct current generator, a synchronous motor, a battery direct current motor and a crane motor collecting ring of a welding machine. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes an application model for processing the carbon brush powder with unqualified granularity such that the obtained carbon powder is more uniform and quality of the carbon powder product and quality of a carbon brush finished product can be improved, utilizes the grinding rotating plate for grinding particulate matter particles into finer powder, conveys a qualified product and an unqualified product to a processing box inlet for processing through a circulation mechanism to completely satisfy requirements, arranges the filter plate with a vibration mechanism that vibrates a material guiding plate, and vibrates a material receiving port of a circulating box body using a vibration mechanism, thus preventing material from being damaged by vibration of the material.
