NOVELTY - A high thermal conductivity powder having thermoplastic properties comprises a base thermal conductivity powder, and hot melt graft attached to the surface of the base thermal conductivity powder by covalent bonding. USE - The high thermal conductivity powder is useful in preparing high thermal conductivity product for thermal management (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymerization reaction is completed on the base thermal conductivity powder surface by in-situ polymerization method, so that the high thermal conductivity powder surface is covered with hot-melt grafts, the grafts are distributed relatively uniformly, and the situation that the large-area accumulation of polymers and the uniform dispersion of the base thermal conductivity powder are affected is avoided. The thermal conductivity product has excellent thermal conductivity with excellent tensile strength and elongation at break. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a preparation method of the high thermal conductivity powder having thermoplastic properties comprising (S1) taking a certain amount of base thermal conductivity powder in a container, and switching on inert gas to ensure that the container is free of oxygen, (S2) adding a quantity of polymer monomers that can be polymerized to obtain a hot melt polymer, and (S3) polymerizing to obtain the product; a high thermal conductivity product prepared by hot pressing the high thermal conductivity powder having thermoplastic properties; and a preparation method of the high thermal conductivity product comprising (a) mixing the high thermal conductivity powder having thermoplastic properties with water to obtain water-containing high thermal conductivity powder, (b) manufacturing a rough blank, and (c) pressing the blank into the high thermal conductivity product.
