NOVELTY - Preparing chemical wastewater treatment agent, comprises (i) mixing the orange peel and zeolite uniformly, carbonizing in inert gas, grinding and crushing to obtain carbonized samples, (ii) preparing the carbonized sample dispersion, mixing with reduced graphene oxide dispersion, adding activating agent, then placing in activation furnace, washing with water until neutral and drying to obtain biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material, (iii) adding biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material into mixed solution of polyacrylamide and sodium lactate, washing and drying to obtain modified biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material, (iv) preparing suspension of ammonia nitrogen-degrading bacteria, freezing and storing, and (v) adding modified biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material into suspension, mixing uniformly, then placing in culture medium, centrifuging, washing with sodium chloride (NaCl) solution, freezing and drying to obtain final product. USE - The chemical wastewater treatment agent is useful in wastewater treatment of synthetic ammonia process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chemical wastewater treatment agent has excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability, strong adaptability, excellent biological adsorption-biological denitrification performance, and remarkable removal effect of ammonia nitrogen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing chemical wastewater treatment agent, comprises (i) mixing the orange peel and zeolite uniformly, carbonizing in inert gas, grinding and crushing to obtain carbonized samples, (ii) preparing the carbonized sample dispersion, and mixing with reduced graphene oxide dispersion, adding activating agent for dipping and activation treatment for 10-12 hours, then placing in activation furnace at 800-850 ℃, continuously activating for 1-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with water until neutral, drying to obtain biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material, (iii) adding biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material into mixed solution of polyacrylamide and sodium lactate, incubating the reaction at 3-7 hours at 40-50 ℃, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain modified biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material, (iv) preparing suspension of ammonia nitrogen-degrading bacteria, freezing and storing for further use, where ammonia nitrogen-degrading bacteria includes aerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria, anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria and nitrite oxidizing bacteria, and (v) adding modified biomass carbon/zeolite/graphene composite material into suspension, mixing uniformly, making the ammonia nitrogen degrading bacteria group can be fully absorbed on composite material, then placing in culture medium for expanding culture, centrifuging, washing with sodium chloride (NaCl) solution, freezing and drying to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for chemical wastewater treatment agent obtained by above method.
