▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a high tap density silicon-carbon composite material comprises mixing silicon-carbon composite masterbatch and amorphous carbon material to prepare premix. The premix is subjected to hot rolling treatment under the protection of inert gas at 120-240℃, and then the premix is subjected to cooling treatment at 30-55℃ to obtain a pretreated mixture. The pretreatment mixture is calcined and cooled under inert gas to obtain carbon-coated silicon material. The carbon-coated silicon material and graphite are mixed to obtain a silicon-carbon composite material. USE - Method for preparing a high tap density silicon-carbon composite material for lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The obtained high tap density silicon-carbon composite material has low particle size, high tap density, high initial charge specific capacity, and high initial charge efficiency, shows excellent comprehensive performance, enhances using effect in lithium-ion batteries, and meets market demand.
