NOVELTY - The device has a heating pad whose top and bottom ends are respectively connected with a top plate and a bottom plate. The heating pad is provided with a graphene heating film (11). A top end of the heating film graphene is provided with a first fireproof layer (10). A top end of the first fireproof layer is provided with a heat preservation layer (9). A top end of the heat preservation layer is provided with a heat conducting layer (8). The graphene heating film is provided with an electric heating wire layer (12). A bottom end of the electric heating wire layer is provided with a second fireproof layer (13). A bottom end of the second fireproof layer is provided with a moisture-proof layer (14) to realize waterproofing on a surface of the top plate and the bottom plate. A section of a side plate is formed as a convex-shaped structure. A protective frame is formed as a concave structure. USE - Graphene heating film electric heating device. Uses include but are not limited to fields of material science, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedical and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and carries heating effect out through the heat conducting layer, the heat insulation layer, the first fireproof layer, the graphene heating film, the electric heating wire layer, the second fireproof layer and the moisture-proof layer so as to realize waterproof coating on the surface of the top plate and the bottom plate, thus realizing fireproof effect without affecting normal use effect.
