ADVANTAGE - The material can be prepared in fast, simple, and cost effective manner, and has good electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cerium oxide-x/C/rGO nanocomposite material comprises cerium oxide in a non-stoichiometric ratio using a metal-organic framework Ce-BTC as a precursor and reduced graphene oxide as a carrier, where x is 0.2-0.3. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing cerium oxide-x/C/rGO nanocomposite material.
