▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite resin composition comprises (a) 20-60 pts. wt. main resin comprising modified polyester resin, (b) 3-20 pts. wt. curing agent, (c) pigment comprising 1-20 pts. wt. rust preventive pigment and 1-20 pts. wt. thermally conductive pigment, (d) catalyst comprising 0.05-3.0 pts. wt. acid catalyst and 0.05-5.0 pts. wt. amine catalyst, (e) 0.05-5.0 pts. wt. wax, and (d) remainder of solvent. The composite resin composition forms a wrinkle pattern or a concave-convex structure on the surface of a dry coating film. USE - Composite resin composition used for manufacturing composite resin coated steel sheet (claimed) used as roof material for solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The composite resin composition has excellent weather resistance and heat radiation properties, and improves the power generation efficiency of solar cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) composite resin coated steel sheet, which comprises a plated steel sheet, a heat dissipation film layer on a surface (S1) of the plated steel sheet, and a weather-resistant coating layer on a surface (S2) of the plated steel sheet. The heat dissipation coating layer is formed by the composition to form a wrinkle pattern or a concave-convex structure on the surface. The weather-resistant coating layer is formed by the composition; and (2) manufacture of composite resin coated steel sheet, which involves (a) preparing a plated steel sheet, (b) applying the composition to the surface (S1) of the plated steel sheet, and applying the composition to the surface (S2), and (c) drying the composition coated on the surfaces (S1) and (S2) at 180-260 degrees C based on peak metal temperature (PMT). The surface (S2) is a surface bonding to the solar module.
