NOVELTY - Cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex comprises one or more cyclodextrins, one arm targeting antibody, and graphene quantum dot having amine group (-NH2) on the surface, and cyclodextrin is connected to amine group and carbonyl (-(C=O)-) linker of graphene quantum dot, and cancer targeting antibody is linked with amine group graphene quantum dot by peptide bond (-(C=O)-NH-). USE - Cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex used in pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, where cancer is selected from group consisting of breast cancer, stomach cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, skin cancer, oral cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, bladder cancer, ureter cancer, liver cancer, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, multiple myeloma, or plasma cell tumors (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex has high selectively to cancer cell, shows apoptosis effect and absorbs photosensitization energy from photon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, comprises cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex; and (2) a drug monitoring composition comprises cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex; and (3) a diagnostic composition for cancer, comprises cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex; and (4) a photothermal therapeutic or photodynamic therapy composition comprises cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex; and (5) a method for preparing cyclodextrin-graphene quantum dot-cancer targeting antibody complex, which involves mixing graphene quantum dot having an amine group (-NH2) on its surface, mixing cyclodextrin and 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole to prepare composite, and mixing prepared composite with cancer targeting antibody.
