NOVELTY - A high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle plastic inner liner comprises an outer layer, an outer transition layer, a barrier layer, an inner transition layer and an inner layer from outside to inside. The material of the outer layer and the inner layer is polyamide, polyester, and/or high-density polyethylene. The material of the barrier layer is ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer or its modified product. The outer transition layer is a mixture of the material used in the outer layer and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. The inner transition layer is a mixture of the material used in the inner layer and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. USE - The high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle plastic inner liner is useful in vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle plastic inner liner has high impact resistance, and barrier performance to water vapor and hydrogen, and excellent compatibility between layers, does not delaminate easily, prevents hydrogen leakage, and is suitable for vehicle with 70 MPa high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder.
