USE - Nano electro-catalyst used for electro-oxidation of formic acid. ADVANTAGE - The method is energy saving, fast and simple. The catalyst has nanoparticle size uniformity, high electro-catalytic activity, and wide range applications in fuel cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the catalyst comprising nano-ultrasonic dispersing 0.25-1.2 g/L graphite oxide nanosheet in ethylene glycol, adding 0.0005-0.05 mol/L palladium salt solution, 0.0001-0.01 mol/L cobalt salt solution, and 0.05 to 0.1 mol/L sodium acetate solution, uniformly mixing, transferring mixture to microwave hydrothermal reaction kettle, heating at 5-20 degrees C, filtering, washing, and drying.
