NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle immune composite material comprises (i) mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, adding graphite, uniformly dispersing, heating and stirring, cooling, adding water for diluting, regulating pH value to be neutral, filtering, and subjecting the filter liquor to dialysis to obtain ultra-small graphene oxide, (ii) reducing the ultra-small oxidized graphene to chloroauric acid to obtain nano particle composite material, and (iii) loading protein antigens on the surface of the ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle immune composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has low production cost and high yield; produces the ultra-small oxidized graphene having uniform particle size of 3-5 nm, and ultra-small oxidized graphene particles with good stability. The ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle: has good biocompatibility; does not require chemical modification; is capable of increasing the efficiency of loading protein antigens on gold nano particles; and improves the effect of immune response of organism on protein antigens, preferably the cellular immune response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle immune composite material comprises (i) taking concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid according to volume ratio of 10:1-1:1, mixing, adding graphite, uniformly dispersing, heating at 80-150 degrees C and stirring for 5 minutes to 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, then adding water for diluting, regulating pH value to be neutral, filtering, taking filter liquor, and subjecting to dialysis to obtain ultra-small graphene oxide with diameter of 3-5 nm, (ii) reducing the ultra-small oxidized graphene to chloroauric acid to obtain an ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle composite material, and (iii) loading protein antigens on the surface of the ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle composite material. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) ultra-small oxidized graphene-gold nano particle immune composite material prepared by the above mentioned method; and (2) preparing ultra-small graphene oxide, comprising taking concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid according to volume ratio of 10:1-1:1, mixing, adding graphite, uniformly dispersing, heating at 80-150 degrees C and stirring for 5 minutes to 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, then adding water for diluting, regulating pH value to be neutral, filtering, taking filter liquor, and subjecting to dialysis to obtain ultra-small graphene oxide with diameter of 3-5 nm.
