▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Depositing a graphene material on a substrate comprises: providing a suspension of graphene oxide platelets and a substrate; and applying an electric field across at least a portion of the suspension so as to deposit at least a portion of the graphene oxide platelets on the substrate. USE - The method is useful for depositing a graphene material, which is useful as an anode in lithium ion cell, and electronic device, such as flexible ultracapacitor (all claimed). The method is useful for preparing films, such as large area graphene-based films. ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits improved deposition rate, thickness control and film uniformity properties. The method is rapid, cost effective, and environmentally friendly, and provides high-yield. The method can be carried out with out harsh and toxic chemicals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the product obtained by the method; (2) an electrode comprising the product; (3) a composition comprising a matrix of electrically conductive reduced graphene oxide and nanoparticles, and/or wires, embedded in it; and (4) an electronic device comprising the product.
