NOVELTY - Glass fiber reinforced polyamide material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. PA66 resin, 0.1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.1-1 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 0.1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. coloring agent and 20-40 pts. wt. glass fiber. USE - The material is useful for plastic high pressure water gun. ADVANTAGE - The material has good bonding force with resin, and better strength and toughness than common reinforcing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing glass fiber reinforced polyamide material, comprising (i) adding 0.1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 0.1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer into liquid mixer, and mixing for 10 hours to obtain liquid mixture; (ii) adding 75-94 pts. wt. polyamide-66 resin and 0.2-4 pts. wt. liquid mixture obtained in step (i) into high-speed mixing for 5 minutes, adding 0.1-1 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 0.1-3 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. coloring agent for 5-5 hours to obtain premix, adding 1-5 pts. wt. three-dimensional organism; and (iii) adding the pre-mixture obtained in the step (ii) into a double-screw extruder, melting and mixing, using the glass fiber for feeding side, melting and mixing, and extruding and granulating to obtain the glass fiber reinforced polyamide material of plastic high pressure water gun, and obtaining the glass fiber is glass with improved treatment fiber.
