NOVELTY - A wear-resistant floor paint processing method involves: 1) mixing the raw materials namely acrylic ester, aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, cosolvent, deionized water, graphene dispersion, dispersing agent and antifoaming agent; 2) mixing formed mixture with tourmaline powder, titanium dioxide and nano-grade precipitated barium sulphate; 3) generating paint slurry and toning, adding wax auxiliary agent, wetting dispersant and colour slurry, then toning to the desired colour and stirring; 4) adding wear-resistant material and polyurea resin to product of step three, curing, adding nano aluminium oxide; and 5) packaging the paint slurry, sealing and finishing. USE - Method is used for processing wear-resistant floor paint used in concretes. ADVANTAGE - In the process, the addition of aluminium oxide, improves the abrasion resistance, bonding force and corrosion resistance of paint slurry which is cured to form concrete wear-resistant floor paint. Polyurea resin of paint, provides good protective effect to concrete, and isolates the corrosion of concrete by various media, and resists cracking. The paint can be used under harsh conditions, for a long time, and is resistant to cold and heat shocks. The paint does not pulverize, crack or fall off, when used outdoors for a long time, and improves the service life of concretes.
