NOVELTY - Polyethylene cable material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 30-50 pts. wt. modified linear low density polyethylene, 20-40 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.03-0.1 pts. wt. initiator, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-20 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. flame retardant and 10-20 pts. wt. filler. USE - The polyethylene cable material is useful in electric wire cable material. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene cable material has excellent flame retardance, mechanical property and anti-cracking property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyethylene cable material comprising (a) adding high-density polyethylene, modified linear low-density polyethylene and chlorinated polyethylene into a high-speed mixer, mixing evenly, (b) adding silane coupling agent, initiator, antioxidant, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, modified graphene, flame retardant and filler to the high-speed mixer, continuing stirring, mixing and (c) adding the uniformly mixed material in the high-speed mixer to the double-screw extruder, processing at 140-160℃, extruding and granulating, drying, packaging to obtain the finished product.
